On August 22, the reporter learned from the Press Conference of six famous mountain climbing races (Mangshan Station) of "Peak Hunan 2019" and 1000 good people climbing Mangshan Mountain that the race will officially start on September 28.

This event is sponsored by Hunan Sports Bureau, Chenzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television and Sport, and Yizhang County People's Government, and undertook by Chenzhou National Fitness Service Center and Yizhang County Bureau of Culture, Tourism, Radio, Television and Sport. It is a comprehensive large-scale mountain climbing competition for mountain climbers and the masses at home and abroad.

The competition will be officially launched on September 28, with men's and women's groups. The age of registration is 18 to 60 and 18 to 55, respectively. At present, the registration is being carried out on the Gibbon Sports Wechat Official Account and other platforms, which will be closed on September 13. According to statistics, more than 700 athletes from the Pearl River Delta, Hunan and Hubei provinces have registered.

In addition to professional athletes, in order to carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and vigorously carry out the "learn to be a good people, do a good people, create a good city" activities, Yizhang County also will invite nearly a thousand good people representatives to participate in the competition.

The starting point and ending point of the competition are the west gate of Mangshan National Forest Park, about 505 meters above sea level; and the turning point is located at the intersection of Datang Hangkou, about 805 meters above sea level. The whole race is about 300 meters climbing and about 20 kilometers. Participants can fully appreciate the beautiful natural scenery and Yao culture.

This event will highlight the characteristics of Mangshan Mountain and strive to achieve the integration and development of "sports + tourism + culture" to bright the beautiful business cards of Mangshan Mountain. In the future, Mangshan Oxygen Bar Raceway will be open to sports enthusiasts, further creating a national amateur runner's event and an oxygen bar climbing event with local characteristics in southern Hunan.
